As a certified Metabolic Balance Coach Sylvia brings 15 years of experience with the program and assisting her clients to the table.

With a background in Adult Education I help clients to understand and avoid issues that hinder personal success.

Sylvia speaks English and German fluently.

Information on practice

My office is close to the 'Crossroad of America' in the center of Indiana. Coaching sessions are offered via phone and zoom.
